The Last SLR Luxury Cars

Berlin - a sweet story between 2 legendary car manufacturer Mercedes-Benz and McLaren will end this year. As a sweet farewell two manufacturers were also introduced SLR Stirling Moss last Edition.

SLR stands for Sport, Racing Light and it is one of the spectacular car Mercedes-Benz developed with McLaren since 2004.

SLR comes with various types of 2 coupe, roadster 2, and a version of Stirling Moss who is the last type of SLR to be produced.

Worldcarfans quoted as saying on Tuesday (8/12/2009), after 5 years of SLR 2000 had reached the target units, the number SLR Stirling Moss was only 75 units.

As the last edition SLR Stirling Moss Edition brings the configuration engine 5500 cc supercharged V8 capable of producing a maximum power of 616.9 hp at 6800 rpm and maximum torque of 780 Nm from 3250 rpm to 5.000rpm.

In addition Stirling Moss Edition version which uses a lighter body that could travel from 0 to 100 100km/hour in 3.5 seconds. And for maximum speed SLR Stirling Moss Edition can be sped up 350km/hour.

Although production ceased, the user community is still compact car. They will stay together and hold a fun drive on the famous racing circuit and participation in the Mille Miglia, Italy
